I am less optimistic. I think that an obstruction charge is Mueller’s strike against all the bad stuff coming out about the Democrats. If he comes out with it before the Nunez memo, the memo will be seen as a response to the obstruction charge. They need to release the memo now. Let Mueller look like the one making the counterattack.

Mueller has to charge Trump with something or else be seen as a costly failure.
