I’m 67 and walk every day, too. Time waits on no one and it is good to at least fend it off.
That’s excellent. I hear that.
My dad is the model citizen and has set the example for me to follow. He works 5 days a week, getting up at 3AM to get to work by 4AM and is done around 1:00. On top of that, he plays racquetball at least twice during the week and then all weekend long.
I’m not kidding when I say he usually whips guys half his age or younger, and frankly, is a legend at the gym he goes to.
My dad will be 84 this year.
If I’m half as active when I’m his age, I’ll be thrilled.
