Because I only work for my best friend who is a contractor, with the same guys always on the crew-and in a rural area, I’m similarly able to avoid strangers, city people, etc. But I won’t go to my guy’s place in the city until flu season is over-and if he has been working in the city rather than a small town, I don’t let him come out here to my place unless he’s been free of symptoms of anything for 2-3 days-one of the reasons I live in BFE-I can stay away from strangers and vectors-like kids-most kids who live out here out here are homeschooled...

I work with a lot of foreigners and I just had to explain what “BFE” means, with the B being either Bum or Butt.

Surprisingly hard to articulate the concept.

Ghandhi and Hadji really wanted to know what we had against Egypt. Finally I just said it is a horrible place and no one would ever want to go there.

I hope I did not offend somebody!

Not sure working in the country is much benefit. What about: gas pump handles, shopping carts, door handles etc. The flu virus can last hours at lower temperatures. Just takes one worker coming into contact then coughing or sneezing at the job site.

We have 2 out from my office at work.
