Are you taking it in pill form? Doesn’t that give you an acidy feedback?
I know the few times I did Vit C I ate as many tums as I did vitamins.
I used to take a large tablet of Vit C, can’t remember the dosa, big pale orange things.
After a few months that plus a bad situation in life causing tremendous stress and voila - ULCER!
