Amazing. Even 185,000 years ago there were people who knew Africa was a shithole and wanted out of there.

It was a dark gloomy day in April when the mid-day pause came up and Larry said to Marvin while gazing at the African plains...”We gotta get out of this sithole”.

Marvin kinda agreed, saying...”Anyplace would be better than this”.

So Larry and Marvin picked up their bags, told the wives of their desire to leave, and everyone hauled off to Europe. 180,000 years have passed, and Marvin would happily say (if alive today), that was the best decision of his life.

Even long before 185,000 years ago, the ancestors of the Neanderthals (Homo heidelbergensis) had gotten out of Africa and were in Europe.

Maybe the earlier Homo sapiens emigrants from Africa encountered Neanderthals...and were killed and eaten by them (tasty...). Later Homo sapiens were meaner and smarter and killed off the Neanderthals.

Just speculating...
