FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe is reportedly stepping down.
NBC News’ Pete Williams broke the news on-air today that McCabe moved up his timetable for stepping down and is out effective today.
As Williams explained, this is happening “sooner than anticipated.”
McCabe has come under scrutiny from Republicans in recent weeks, including from President Trump himself:

Well, I read in to it that this expletive-deleted will have committed treason and get to retire on the taxpayer dime.

The same NBC source says he’s on the payroll through March for maximum pension.
He’s ONLY resigning, so he can plead the 5th as a Private Citizen. GUARANTEED!

The story reads exactly that way.
Today was the earliest date they could force McCabe to step down and still allowed him to keep his full retirement benefits.
Trump was always right. They were slow walking McCabe, solely for guaranteeing his retirement and pension etc.
This has been the MO in Washington for ages, and we are just now really catching on to all of the ways the Swamp feeds itself, while corrupting the system.
This is not right. Truly, a privileged class with a two tier justice system for them are running this country.
Failing to burn ACADEMIA assures it will never end.
He should be stepping down into a prison cell.
Maybe he cut a deal. He’ll leave now and talk if he gets immunity and his pension.
All of this reminds of Colombia’s problem with drug lord/ narco-terrorist/gangster Pablo Escobar.
Escobar declared war on Colombia after they passed laws which would allow his extradition here.
The Colombians finally nailed him and his sicarios (button men, hit men) after a long, bloody war with a lot of civilian casualties.
McCabe is just a sicario. Judgment cometh, and that right soon. Tick tock.
