On the one hand, I don't want to see any claims of "disappeared" happening in the United States, so letting a deported person alert the family of their whereabouts is probably not a bad thing.

On the other hand, I'd be cautious of handing out "rights" to illegal aliens.

I am in favor of this.

Allow them to say goodbye to their families. Just make their families come see them at the nearest Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) office. Then run backgrounds on each one of them and deal with them as necessary.

Hopefully it won’t break up any families! Just have them all sent home together.
