No, that wasn't drool on the lips of Massachusetts Rep. Joe Kennedy III. He says it was ChapStick. Twitter lit up with jibes about the 37-year-old Democrat's response to President Donald Trump's State of the Union.

Chapstick would actually be on, you know, his LIPS.
The drool was two vertical lines, starting at the right and left corners of his mouth and headed downwards. It looked both hideous and disgusting.
Also, the guy couldn’t keep his head still - it was like he was playing dodgeball with his imaginary friend across the room. I never got the feeling that he was talking to the camera (i.e. his audience). Not a great speech...but his name is Kennedy, so that’s apparently OK for the Dims.

Maybe he has throat cancer and the treatment can make the chin numb which will cause drools. Also his voice was raspy from the clip I watched which might mean throat cancer. At least this is what I know from 2 people who have throat cancer and are in treatment for the last couple of years.
