Glad you got home safely! No slipping and sliding in that really, REALLY cold weather!

That thread will probably TAKE the whole weekend to read. It was quite informative, but I can’t read much there and keep up with what’s going on. LOL!

No more Cleveland Indian logo...maybe not as bad as I thought....

The Cleveland Indians will be removing “Chief Wahoo,” the bright red caricature of a Native American the team uses as a logo, from players’ caps and uniforms starting in 2019.

The divisive logo, which has been publicly protested as a racist and offensive image for decades, will remain on official merchandise available for purchase by fans.

“The team must maintain a retail presence so that MLB and the Indians can keep ownership of the trademark,” The Associated Press reports.

The Indians announced the change on Monday. The team name — which has also been criticized as offensive — will not be changing.

It certainly IS a beautiful full moon tonight! So bright, it's painful to look at it. I hoped to get a good shot or two tonight but the wind blows me around so much, the pix all came out blurry. :-(

But I did get shots during the beginning of the eclipse this morning before going to bed. The beginning was all we got to see here but it was still pretty.

Howdy, radu! That is an awesome shot! I woke up and started to try to watch it, but the kitties were outside and I wasn’t ready to deal with them. LOL!

I did go out earlier to see it high in the sky and it was so BIG and bright! Gorgeous!

Sorry you’re still having high winds. Ugh!
