California on the Brink – Votes and Money
Liberty Nation ^ | 01-31-2018 | Tess Lynne

Could California lose a seat in Congress, and possibly an electoral vote? The prospect is not as far-fetched as it might seem, and it has Democrats across the Golden State biting their nails and scrambling to find a solution.

So they go from 55 to 54 and lose one seat in the house. So what.

biting their nails and scrambling to find a solution.

Simple - just raise taxes.

They’ll put two Republicans into the same district.

Hells bells.... let’s get busy and VASTLY INCREASE DEPORTATIONS OF ILLEGALS from California and other sanctuary sh!tholes. And be sure to include in the 2020 Census questionnaires questions of place of birth as well as citizenship. And they’ll lose substantially more than one house seat.

California and it’s democrat leaders has pretty much made itself a non issue when it comes to national elections. The only ones who are suffering are us poor shlubs who can’t afford to move out.

I don’t want my great country brought down because of what the democrats have done to destroyed this state.

MAGA!

Stay awesome America and God Bless her with the greatest President ever, Donald Trump!

Gov. Jerry Brown is anxious enough to have “proposed spending more than $40 million

If Mrs. Brown is willing to spend $40Large of the taxpayer's money to tweek census results, just how much 'federal funding' has the state been hitting the feds up for, based on illegals being included in population totals ?

Let in all the illegals you can and give then the right to vote.

Give illegals all the free stuff you can possibly give them.

Raise taxes on everyone but illegals.

Problems solved.

“So they go from 55 to 54 and lose one seat in the house. So what.”

Rome wasn’t built in a day. We need to make sure that the Republicans are in control when the Census is taken, because if we parse out illegals, which isn’t currently done, the effect on California’s RAT Congressional Delegation will be devastating. Estimates are that the RATs would loose as many as SIX House seats in Los Angeles County alone, if illegal “residents” were not counted when redistricting takes place. It’s long past time for us to make sure that “one man, one vote, only includes citizens. Removing as many as 5 million illegals living in SoCal from the Census would devastate the RATs.

Why in holy heck are noncitizens allowed to determine the number of electoral votes of any state? It seems like a constitutional loophole that’s been ignored for years.

I tend to agree....going down one from 55 to 54 is not that big of a deal.

But then you have to think over the spiral of the state and what happens by 2030 when the that census occurs. Because of economic conditions, and the likely nature that illegals were counted in previous census episodes...I kinda think by 2030 that you might see three or four more districts disappear. That might be a big wake-up call, but it’s a decade down the line.

Anything that destroys the Democrat Marxists in California is worth rooting for - earthquakes, tsunamis, asteroids, hemorrhoids, soap, tumbleweed, etc.

Since I don’t go to movies any more, I don’t really give a crap about the Hollywood rich, white, arrogant, ignorant elites who live and work in a fantasy world that should qualify them for the loony bin.

Willing to bet that the technical staff are conservatives and have to suffer the arrogance of the leftist actors and actresses every working day.

When “The Big One” strikes Hollywood, you good people run. Afterwards we’ll build a New Hollywood with some morals, ethics, conduct rules, and decent stories our kids can see.

Until then, we always have the “Classics” books.

Now if the seat they lost was Maxine Mouthwaters, that would be BIG for the rest of us.

Pu__y Hats! That's the answer.

All the Democrat problems go away and Hillary becomes President, if they just wear more Pu__y hats.

Given how strongly so many states are gerrymandered, it is quite possible that loss of a seat could mean that two highly entitled Dems could be fighting for the same seat (majority minority districts)

There is a second option, of course — register more illegals to vote. Auto-register them to vote even if they don’t want to at the DMV. The Dems can undertake them both in parallel.
