That was Judge Contreras as I understand it. The judge recused themselves from the case before sentencing with Gen. Flynn.
Which is tell and we can speculate as to the reasons why but it’s quite a red flag.
It indicates a retreat from the playing field with possible massive import.
Understand that he’s been replaced with semi-retired Judge John Sullivan who is highly respected.
Give it time. It has to play out. Recall the sentencing for Gen. Flynn was pulled back earlier this week. Mueller knows this is a dead duck IMHO. They are in full fledged retreat even before the Memo was released.
90 days was requested of the Court. Then a report should be filed. If there is a hearing at that time, it would be historic to hear the judge’s response.
IMHO, the case will be thrown out. It has to.

What needs to happen next is for arrests, trials, and incarceration. There is already enough evidence for that to happen.
