When do we find out which Obama-appointed FISA judge made the call to renew the surveillance AFTER the Hillary/Steele libel document had been debunked by even the NY Times?

Congress needs to immediately impeach the scumbag.

Yes, the mem exposed the weak point of the super secretive FISA court proceeding.

And not enough oversight.

Weakly Sourced

Come on folks, stop pussy-footing around and being polite. The document was an utter fabrication; no it was a blatant fraud. Anyone with any common sense knew that at first whiff.

This matters. Presenting a known fabrication to the FISA Court is a fraud on the court. It's not just a well here is some evidence we found on the copyier and are worried it might be true. They knew it was a fabrication when they presented it. It was deliberate. That should lead to all kinds of bad things happening to the perps, firings, disbarments, behind-barments, oh, and civil lawsuits.

It’s time to unmask the FISA judge who approved the warrant using this flimsy evidence.
I’m betting he/she’s as guilty and complicit as the rest of the leftist scum, who perpetrated this travesty.

How polite Sara Carter is.

Since our justice system is based on the premise that it is better to let a guilty person go than to falsely convict an innocent person, and therefore due process must be followed to give the benefit of the doubt to citizens rather than to the “Law”, and the fact that FISA is a system that warps the constitution and has immense potential to walk all over the rights of the People, even the smallest abuse of FISA should carry the death penalty....
