Gosar said in a statement posted to Twitter Friday that he will be co-authoring a letter to Attorney General Jeff Sessions seeking the "criminal prosecution" of former FBI Director James Comey, former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe, former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein for their "illegal misconduct and abuse of FISA."

I agree.
“Under the English common law, an accomplice is a person who actively participates in the commission of a crime, even if they take no part in the actual criminal offense”.
Congressman Gosar says their actions are not only criminal, but constitute treason.
Treason is punishable by death.
I’m going to need more popcorn.
I’m sure that Attorney Genital Jeff Sessions will get right not on that!
Citizen Kek ?
That’s exactly what Sessions is...A giant pus chancre.
We have a conspiracy of high treason. Our constitutional republic is on it’s death bed and Sessions is checked out... Compromised.
My disdain for this man knows no bounds.
Whether THAT happens, I am not holding my breath — but in the public glare, there could be resignations “for the sake of the country.”
The light is just about all that Donald Trump has to play with right now. Picking off Sessions may have to wait for a future event.
I nominate Rep Paul Gosar to be appointed as the next Senator from Arizona if one is required to replace Senator McCain.
You know the calm before a storm, and how a hurricane starts slowly and builds with each hour?
The calm is over.
I think the major damage done here by the Memo...is the November Senate races. If you piece together a couple of videos and run them via social media....there’s nine Democratic Senators in Trump-win states that will have a very tough time winning now. It would be a shock to wake up in November and realize that all nine flipped to the GOP.
And I second that nomination with great enthusiam.
Rep. Gosar sees the danger clearly and sees that the power of law enforcement is the only remedy for a system poisoned by this kind of corruption.
Seems Senator McCain, who introduced the Steele dossier to the committee, is somehow working for the forces of evil.
Here's a snippet from Rep. Gosar's heartfelt Press Release Why I Voted Against FISA 702 Reauthorization .
"In 2011, I was told I should vote for FISA reauthorization because the government agents had learned their lesson and would never abuse their power again. And they said it again in 2012. And 2013, 2014 and on and on. You get the point. Nothing has changed. Indeed, under Obama (after the so-called reforms), the abuse of this law reached criminal proportions where FISA was weaponized as a political tool to harass, spy and undermine our election process and to (unsuccessfully) help the party in power remain in power through the election of Hillary Clinton. Such spying on U.S. citizens under color of law is illegal and can result in five years in jail."

Jeff Sessions should have been fired long ago for dereliction of duty.

__________
...... tell us about that in a few months.
By the way, has anyone who worked for the federal government ever gone to jail in the last 30 years. I know the Clinton's are untouchable as are the Kennedy's (u can bet your arse not of them would ever drown in a car, but Mary Jo Citizen, well tough luck)
