Yes, but reflect on the reason that they’re broke, the middle of the road Democrats are about as fed up with the Democommies, so they’ve quit giving. And that is a far bigger problem than the actual lack of funds.. Turned off voters don’t fund political parties they don’t like. This is a double whammie!
This is a misdirection story. They will get plenty of money when they need it. They are going for underdog angle here.
When the dems are out of power, there are a lot of mouths to feed. The individual candidates are not that bad off, but the DNC is sucking wind big time. This impacts the ground game and more importantly to them; the influence the DNC leadership has on the party. The elected ones are already starting to blow off the DNC leadership.
Donna Brazile had said: “in exchange for raising money and investing in the DNC, Hillary would control the party’s finances, strategy, and all the money raised”
The dnc is kept broke on purpose for control.
