Sidney has the delusion of thinking he is some kind of latter day Sidney Reilly (from the days of British espionage and counterrevolution of White Russians against Lenin and the Bolsheviks- a very real brit agent going all the way back before WWI, and the conversion of the brit navy fleet from coal to oil, british/japanese Port Arthur destruction of the Pacific Tsarist fleet, and financing in Moscow the Lockhart Plot to overthrow Lenin).
Sid doesn’t have the balls that Reilly did, and is in fact a groveling weasel (one of many) for the clinton grifter internationale.
