can’t hardly think of where such an explicit statement could be taken out of context.
McCabe was either saying:
1) The FBI wouldn’t have submitted the FISA application if it hadn’t been for the dossier, or
2) The FISC wouldn’t have approved the warrant without the dossier.
And that improves their argument how?
