If Russia and the United States agreed to reduce their nuclear stockpiles by dropping 500, each, on terrorist-supporting cities, that would have a major effect on the number of terrorist supporters in the world. Wipe out the 20 biggest pro-terrorist cities each in 50 countries, and Islamic terror goes from global threat to history footnote in minutes. The Left is anti-nuke, so they should like that stockpile reduction.
