A Kern County judge on Monday night ruled in favor of the owner Tastries Barkery in a case over refusing to design and bake a cake for a same-sex wedding.
The ruling stated California could not force the Bakery's owner, Cathy Miller, to make cakes that would go against her beliefs.

Seriously, I thought that the one on the right was a guy.
Filthy frustrated opportunists, trying to make money off their perversion. One is so ugly-a$$ you would never know it’s the L in LGBT.

At first glance, they look like a man and a woman. Then on closer viewing, you can see the mannish looking one is also a woman.
I have never understood why, if women who say they are lesbians are not attracted to men, do so many of the pairings include one who dresses and looks very much like a man.
The court document also stated that Miller provided the couple with an alternative means to obtain a cake by going to another establishment. The document shows Miller had entered into an agreement with a competitor to refer same-sex couples to them instead.

Kinda reminds me of the old joke, “I”m a lesbian trapped in a man’s body.”
But with the new gender types, that one actually exists. :)

This brouhaha aside, I can’t imagine a more grinding business than the wedding industry. A true nightmare factory.
State district court. If the gay couple wants to they can appeal this to the next higher court. I would expect this is a long way from being over.
It is so refreshing to see a court of law give two insane lesbians a good dose of sanity. If the secession movement succeeds in CA then Bakersfield should be the capitol of the new state. It appears to be the last vestige of sanity left in the once great state of CA.
That pathetic couple is just looking for a big payday.

I live in Bakersfield. Kern County is the last conservative bastion here....but it’s going fast. Too much illegal immigration. We have been overrun.
