OH Thank God! I thought that was tattoos, until I realized it had sleeves....lol I saw a woman with that on at a rally, online pic, and it looked like tattoos. I chalked it up to insanity!

LOL.... Well, I have a 22-year-old granddaughter, who unfortunately is covered with tatoos; up and down both arms, on her back and on most of one leg, too. She was such an utter fool when she was 18 and in love with a tatoo artist. Even today, she doesn't regret her decisions, but I'm certain with time, she will.
