I think he’ll sign it. The fight over the border wall will continue and I’m resigned to the fact that our POTUS and a growing majority of voters do want some sort of border wall that will not be realized during Trumps first or second term. It’s the poison fruit of his promises. Dems and Reps do not want it.
There will be NO SECOND term without the WALL— NONE!! Shut down the damned non essential government but we shall have that WALL!!
