By refusing to enforce they would not allow prosecutors to bring cases of violations against RFRA like your pal Terry there.

The city of Indianapolis (yes THE CITY) made the proclamation when the legislature (representing the city) made and signed the proclamation along with Mayor Ballard also making an official proclonationx

And as I said - Indianapolis doesn’t actively enforce immigration law here - sanctuary city in all but word.

Really don’t wish anyone’s death but this kind of political erasure of facts will quickly halt when a noted Liberal politician, bits it!
Odds(higher each day) are, lt will happen!

‘Trump Curse’?

“We are disheartened that ghoulish and inappropriate public commentary has politicized this tragedy,” Curry, a Democrat, said.

A Democrat. All you need to know. They hate Americans. This guy is probably ONLY prosecuting the case because the victim was so well known.

I guess the feds need to take charge.

Actually the fact that the perp is an illegal is getting shouted-down and censored all over the internet.

"By refusing to enforce they would not allow prosecutors to bring cases of violations against RFRA like your pal Terry there."

First off, Who would not allow prosecutors to do this? A county prosecutor is a elected position and nobody has the power to tell them what they can and can't prosecute. Second off, nothing in RFRA allows any prosecutor to "bring cases" for it's "violation". The statute provides a defense for defendants being charged with certain civil rights violations.

I love it when Trump tweets things like this, it pushes the Rat Tards out further on the Crazy Ledge. (”Jump, you Rats, jump!”)

The prosecutor can't control the president's or the media's comments on this tragedy.

He's the one who should keep his mouth shut and just do his job.

No one else is obligated to keep quiet about this tragedy caused by a drunken illegal from Guatemala.

As a matter of opinion. I think these illegals committing crime and mayhem in this country need to be called out and publicly shamed more often.

goulish? goulish?

Ah, so, we’re through the dictionary from ‘d’ to ‘e’ to ‘g’. How many adjectives are left for the snowflakes to use to allege Trump’s comments are all ‘dark’ and ‘evil’ and ‘goulish’ ?

I get it, but this seems like grand-standing for headlines. He could be a swell guy otherwise. Why do you suppose he’s putting this out there? Worried about re-election and trying score brownie points with Dem voters?

Well, if you are a dirty rat bastard liberal, then it might SEEM inappropriate, because it makes you look pretty bad.

Not seeing the ghoulish, though.

“If you can’t politicize this...than you can’t politicize anything. The left has blood on their hands each time an illegal kills or hurts someone and they need to be told that every day.”

Needs repeating, and a giant coverup is in progress on this one.

I think he’s mostly concerned about getting a conviction that will stick. Prosecutors always get nervous about big publicity cases like this because it always raises the specter of an undue media influence - jury bias claim if he gets convicted. Further, Terry Curry is well aware of the heat that SF prosecutor took in the Steinle Case when he let an illegal get away with murder. Indy is conservative for the most part and if this guy gets off Curry loses his job. Period. So, I think he wants to shut down this national media attention stuff ASAP and just do his job. Curry strikes me as a pragmatist, not an ideologue. I think he’s taking a big risk that his comments will just stir up more attention and media vitriol.

Especially awful here is that the football player was responsible enough to take a ride home. He died doing the right thing.

Nobody outside the Indianapolis area would have heard about this if an NFL player had not been one of the victims. If it was just two non-celebrities, it would not have received any national attention.

I must’ve missed this same article when B. Hussein Obama said,“If I had a son, he’d look like Trayvon.”

Yeah, but ya know, Hussein didn’t tweet it, so it’s no ghoulish and no politics.
