Maybe the report has more detail, but all the items I listed are public information and not included in the summary. It seems as if the summary left out the most egregious law breaking by Clinton and the FBI. That is a weak summary and maybe a weak report. It should have come down on them both a LOT harder.
And you place some confidence/trust in what the FIB has to say re Clinton email?

Given the original draft had key language watered down or removed in subsequent drafts, yes, I do have some inclination to believe the initial draft.

If Sessions were an honorable man he would resign. He is not performing his job due to his own stupidity in recusing himself. He is harming the administration and nation by occupying a critical job he is unable to perform. A selfless man, who puts his country’s well being above his own pride, would resign. Jeff Sessions is not a patriot.

Imagine the conversation between Putin and the head of the FSB when he asks, “Comrade, did you hack into Hillary’s unprotected bathroom server?” And the response is, “No, Vova, but we hacked into the DNC and Podesta’s email and we learned that Chelsea is an entitled brat who runs to her dad when others are mean to her.” How well would that go over? The fact that we haven’t heard of a hack is more troubling. The Russians and the Chinese and others are not going to announce they hacked a server; they’ll just use what they learn in their dealings with the U.S. Even a Romanian hacker in his underwear hacked Sid Blumenthal’s email that first exposed that Hillary had a private server in the first place. One would think even he was able to hack into her server so I think it can be assumed she was most definitely hacked.
Summary: While we admit that crimes were committed, we’ve made a pledge to the ruling class that they will not be indicted. We’ll write a lot of reports and testify before Congress, but we’ll do nothing substantial.
Laura Ingraham is on Fox and is brilliant. No surprise there. Former top Dartmouth grad, Univ. Va Law School, and law clerk to Justice Thomas. No one else comes close.
I’m watching her now. I agree, she’s top notch.

The server was so easy to hack that it could have been done without leaving a trace. Comey's testimony suggested that it likely happened.
It would be professional malpractice on the part of Russian, Chinese, Israeli and other national intelligence operatives if they did not hack this sitting-duck server many times, not to mention the proverbial Romanian basement-dwelling free lancers.
