Is it just me or are there way, WAY too many "Chief of..." "Head of..." "Deputy Director of...." in the Federal government?

Bang on me for being politically incorrect, but the old saying of "Too many chiefs and not enough Indians" come to mind?

Yeah, another one resigns. For the most part that is probably a good thing.
