This is why Turtle should dump/nuke the fake filibuster rule in the Senate and force people to filibuster for real instead of submitting a slip. Thanks to Pelosi, we can point out that the Dems are physically able to do such things - so why not require it instead of this stupid kabuki ‘filibuster’?
