It matters NOT she even soft-sold her lies. As SoS, there is a *permanent* presumption of classified+ material.
There was also the rule that personal biz wasn’t to be conducted on work machines...least that was when I was a DoD contractor.
Just setting up a personal box, let alone outside of govt approval\validation processes, would have gotten anyone canned in 5sec in the real-world.
