She pled ignorance of the meaning of “(c)” AFTER she had taken the State Department training on handling confidential information (which covered the markings) AND signed the form attesting to the fact she took the training AND understood it.
Oh, come on, this is Hillary. Every time she tells the truth, her nose grows longer. Everybody lies about sex, and Hillary lies about everything.
She only signed the form. She didn’t take the training.
