The inside-the-beltway establishment is still clinging to the thin reed that Mueller will find something—anything—that can be used to bring down Trump.
If someone looks hard enough they can find or invent something. This entire investigation has hurt the country.
Is it a fund raising tool? When people do not tell the truth, there is no longer any trust in what is said. When people are not punished for crimes, there is deep resentment toward law enforcement. This is all political.
I don't pout anything past these FBI folks like Comey and Mueller. I believe they are SICK, they abuse power and believe they are entitled too. Thus, Mueller very well could fabricate a crime and effectively cause a crisis - they fear Trump in power is worse than a countrywide crisis, and they may be right as the depths of the abuse of power at federal agencies and even Obama's WH that has been overlooked is mind blowing and they can't have the truth come out.
