Yes, as CTH stated, if the R's on that committee like Cotton and Lankford (?) don't step down in the next 48 hours or so, then they have to be considered black hats. Burr is obviously a lost cause, and Rubio, too.

Also in the Warner messaging docs, it is mentioned that Assange spoke with Steele at some point, giving the impression that JA was willing to work with Steele. So, Assange may not be the white hat that some think he is.
