What I want to know is why he was on interim security status when the FBI knew for a year that the wives claimed he was abusive. Sounds like the FBI is up to their old tricks again, they only brought this out at this time to try to force Kelly to resign. This really stinks.

I know nothing about this guy, but to your question/comment...Just because he was accused does not make him guilty. Ones responsibility when one has a security clearance is to keep his security rep informed of any adverse or potentially adverse situations. Things like being arrested, accused of a crime, financial irresponsibility, etc. If you are falsely accused, the agency will usually await the outcome of any trials, or proceedings before they pull your tickets, that is so long as you report everything upfront. If you try to hide it, that’s another thing...
