Other than the FACT that PDJT is using DACA to his advantage, is there some reason he hasn’t just nullified that illegal EO with his own, reversing it?

I think there are a few more moves here.
I know, and get the folks who just say ‘SEND THEM ALL BACK NOW, THEY ARE *ALL* ILLEGAL*”,
but- there may be some advantage to a more flexible approach; keep the smart and patriotic ones (there are probably some) and offer a path to citizenship that involves serving the country somehow. Or just keeping the ball in play and foment internal strife between the intransigent absolutists and the realpolitik pols. all the while letting the Democrats paint themselves as favoring aliens over Americans.

A liberal judge has “overturned” Trump’s end-DACA order but I am pretty sure that is headed to SCOTUS which will uphold President Trump’s original lawful order.
Trump's having far too much fun with it. He is forcing them Dems to show the American public that they care about illegals more than keeping the government running for Americans. Trump's going to play with them with this for a while.
I don't care WHAT the Left says, blacks and Mexicans do NOT like each other, particularly in the "inner cities".
