Unfortunately, it isn't really a matter of being charged with a crime. This probably has more to do with passing a BI. If he didn't disclose anything yet multiple people interviewed accuse him of aberrant and/or violent behavior then you will not pass the BI.

I would assume that the job he has required a clean BI. It's not really a fair process and it isn't meant to be but remember that unfortunately the long knives are out for Trump and anyone associated with this administration. Also remember it's the FBI conducting these investigations.

Yesterday out in my shop doing WSB radio here south of Atlanta and lost track of the hour. Erick Ericsson comes on at 5 pm pre-emptying the last hour of Hannity. I’m pretty good at turning that guy off when he comes on, but I was in the middle of a router job. Well...he opens with Kelly offering to step down then cites “ there’s a disturbing report in the Washington Post....” I don’t know what Ericsson said after that. I about tripped over an extension cord and banged my hip into the work bench edge rushing to the radio to jerk the cord out of the receptacle. WASHINGTON POST?! Are you kidding me? WSB has to be losing listeners each week day at 5 PM.
