Trump is right about due process. Why is the default to believe the woman’s accusations and come down hard on the man? It’s not right. There are plenty of whack job women who’d love to wreak vengeance on an ex, “just because”. Also imagine a woman whose ex is romantically involved with a beautiful celebrity-type woman who has the ear of the President of the United States. Hell hath no fury...
I think the men could be put on suspension, have full investigations, and reinstate if appropriate. If they’re guilty, then they’re gone permanently.
The second guy to resign — yesterday, I think — said that the truth is that his wife abused him. That happens, too. It’s horrid that these men’s lives and reputations should be ruined just because a woman gives the old thumbs-down.
