I don’t know about Israel, but here in the States a lot of guys have claimed their innocence but were still taken down almost immediately. No due process. Nothing.
Hopefully more there is more sanity on the other side of the Atlantic.

Sure it’s BS, but there are a number of Israeli leaders that can fill the void. Naftali Bennett and Gideon Sa’ar are well connected to fill any void left by Netanyahu.
Bennett, like Netanyahu, has an American business background (software multimillionaire). Sa’ar has the advantage of a lovely and brilliant wife.
Pres. Trump isn’t going to involve himself in the Israeli Prime Minister’s scandals, especially not against a major GOP donor...don’t be silly.
Zero’s using our tax dollars against BiBi in his last election could use a good airing.

Apologies for my poor memory, but IIRC some 30 years ago, or more, Israel’s president at the time said something to the effect that if other countries ever left them alone they would self destruct from in fighting.
Maybe they can do it even with outside distractions.

I think Net has been through this a few times before and has always survived. The difference is that it’s a crucial time for establishing the capital.
Or Israel could wind up with Tzipi Livni or Bougie Herzog as PM. They make Bernie Sanders look like a screaming rightwinger.
Israel’s coalition based government is a boiling cauldron, most if not all the time.
