Breathtaking liberal denial of reality. They STILL believe in Russia, Russia, Russia and ignore the illegal effort to install Clinton and later overthrow Trump. The author is a guest columnist from the Sacramento Bee.

People keep telling me that LSD is not legal. I offer exhibit A as a rebuttal.

When libs bring up the constitution, I can’t help but LMAO. How often did we hear them say that Obama should have absolute dictatorial power?

It is hard to imagine any other context in which Chemerinsky, a liberal law professor and civil rights advocate, would endorse endless criminal investigation of an individual target when reasonable suspicion of a crime has been refuted and the target and his associates were the victims of a program of massive illegal eavesdropping.

Indeed, if Chemerinsky is correct in his reasoning, then J. Edgar Hoover is owed rehabilitation for his investigation of Martin Luther King. Obviously, by Chemerinsky's logic, King merited relentless investigation because he was echoing Communist propaganda and had Communist support and associates with Communist loyalties.

They don’t believe it themselves, but they also believe that if they say it enough it might come true.

Rather than let this investigation go forward

No one is stopping Muller. This is BS, as usual.

It seems to me I remember the Dems - with a lot of help from the media - trying to smear and discredit special prosecutor Kenneth Starr.

If Papadopoulos lied to the FBI, I don’t understand why he did so. If you read his guilty plea admission, the allegation is that he tried to set up contacts with people in Russia who had opposition research on Clinton. That’s it. That’s all he did. That’s not a crime. So why would he lie about it?

Something’s not right with the Papadopoulos involvement. He also hasn’t been sentenced yet even though he entered his guilty plea many months ago.

"Chemerinsky"

Hmmm, sounds Russian! He's obviously a treasonous tool of the Kremlin, hired to discredit our president, stifle his agenda, undermine confidence in our elections, bring government to a standstill, and bring general chaos and turmoil to our democratic process. Actually, that makes more sense than the case against Trump!

Apparently, the author is unaware that Congress is mentioned specifically in the Constitution. The FBI isn't, nor is there any mention of Special Prosecutors.

I'm more worried about misconduct by people we don't get to elect than by the ones we do.

It is breathtaking the level of lying that they are doing.

Big Media wears no close. And they should be embarrassed.

Let’s get a “special counsel” to examine Fast Eddie and turn up every rock in his life, past and present

And audit every one of his tax returns

Think something criminal might be found?

Erwin Chemerinsky

Hmm, I wonder if Erwin Chemerinsky is one of those Soviet moles that was sent here in the 1950s and 60s to take key positions in our news, entertainment, and education sectors to spread communist propaganda and brainwash people with the goal of undermining our system?

It is increasingly clear that President Donald Trump and the Republicans are engaging in a campaign to smear and discredit special prosecutor Robert Mueller.

By this "logic" if I'm tried for a crime, plead not guilty, hire a lawyer and mount a defense, I'm bringing down the justice system. The only legitimate response Trump can muster is to resign from office and tearfully beg Hillary to accept the office and save the republic.
The idiot author of this article doesn't seem to even have the imagination to allow for the possibility that it was the dems who "colluded" with the Russians.

Oh, one more thing. This is off topic but few people on our side seem able to recognize the fact that Carter Page was working for Hillary. He agreed to be spied on precisely so he could by virtue of his mere presence bring the FBI into the Trump campaign. The surveillance he was subjected to automatically included everyone he spoke with or came near.
He was a legal suicide bomber.

People on the Left, just flat out do not care about integrity, honesty, the truth, etc, as long as whoever is, doing whatever, to whoever and it benefits them in some way, all is right with the world.

It is not a smear. Mueller is working on the wrong problem and Washington does not have the -balls or smarts to correct it.

Try this. Close Muellers charter. Enact a new special council law and go after the real corruption of the Justice Departmednt and the FBI.

Try it.

The only thing that is clear from this article is the author’s blind hatred of the President of the United States. That way lies madness.
