Isreal could use some high flying B-52s.

B-52s aren’t very good against SAMs. The SA-2s in Vietnam utterly savaged them. S200s and S400s would make it idiotic. Israel pretty much has to count on surprise and precision...and an extreme qualitative aircrew advantage.
A B-52 is a lot of things, but a surprise weapon ain’t one of ‘em.
You don't think those would be dead meat against modern air defenses? It's one thing to bomb goat rapers who can't shoot back, but there is modern Russian gear defending the airspace in Syria. Large, slow, high flying, 50 year old airframes aren't the best way to deal with that environment.
