She might want to run, but the Dem base probably wouldn’t nominate her. Could she carry any state Hillary lost? I doubt it - though she may lose states Hillary won. She has assumed the liberal NYC position on every issue, and that just doesn’t sell well in many parts of this country. Trump was a NYer that won the White House by abandoning those positions and representing people who live nowhere near NY.
The Hillary debacle also demonstrated a troubling problem for Dems in terms of their race-baiting tactics; too many blacks that turned out for Obama didn’t do so for the wealthy white Hillary. No reason this lady would relate to them any better - they want melanin on the ticket.
