Before the Nunes memo was released, Democrats, the media and its intelligence sources insisted that it would undermine national security, reveal tradecraft secrets and even get agents killed.
Senator Cory Booker warned that it might be treasonously "endangering fellow Americans in the intelligence community." It was, but not in the way that he meant. The memo didn’t have anything resembling classified information it. Neither did the Grassley-Graham criminal referral which was heavily redacted to screen out all the “classified information.” What did the classified information consist of?

This was not a minor burglary. This was an attempt to subvert the Constitution and illegally collude to create false information to sabotage the presidency of Donald Trump.
The article documents how the supposed National Security concerns of the Democrats were completely dishonest.

An ineligible man was sworn in as President that EVERYONE in the District of Corruption knew at the time was not a natural born citizen. All of the crimes of the Kenyanesian Usurpation were preventable. It is the culpability of the GOP that prevents any real progress.
What is happening is the struggle to re-establish the Constitution and the rule of law.
Trump does not have nearly enough allies.
We need to correct that by Cantorizing the weasels in Congress.
I would use the date October 26, 2001. The date the Patriot Act was signed into law. I know surreptitious electronic surveillance existed before that date, but the passage of the act codified such surveillance making the spook agencies more vulnerable to political abuse.
That was when the Deep State achieved control.
Usurpation Day is when we officially left the Constitution behind.
