Time to start counting the Putin-Worshipper propaganda bots that post here on FR.

Of course, if you want to paly the ad hominem game, one could similarly point out that your support of the Syrian Sunni militias makes you a "House of Saud Worshipping propaganda bot" or a "Wahabbi Cleric Propaganda bot."

ISIS is defeated. At least that is what everyone has been saying.

If that is the case, why are we involved in a Civil War now? its time to pull our people and support out of there.

We were not invited. We do not belong there. And we have no declaration of war there.

Its time we pull out the Monroe doctrine and go back to minding our own business.

Russia dismisses that they were involved in the initial attack in any way, these were mercenaries, Daily Beast has the number up around 200 Russians now.

https://www.thedailybeast.com/report-us-forces-killed-more-than-200-russian-fighters-in-syria-attack

Though, I don’t side with Russia, I do hate to see this kind of catastrophe happen.

They did target universities back in the day, which doesn’t mean that the Chinese didn’t have their fingers in the pie, too, along with Cuba, the PLO and ANC. They were all on the same page. China and Russia are enemies for reasons of geopolitics, going back more than a century and a half. Right now, Russia is not communist anymore, but that doesn’t mean they’re warm and cuddly, or that they don’t still cultivate the connections they had from the Cold War, or that China and Russia are not still bitter rivals.

Yes because unlike you, Mariner, I actually have close personal ties to Russia and care about what is happening *within* the country.

I know how bad things are domestically including understanding what makes the population so inert and feel powerless to change anything..and the utter lie behind the so-called “80%” Putin majority.

Nor do you know how there is a boiling unrest over the dishonesty of Russian media about the actual number of Russians who have died in the Syrian conflict and the growing anxiety over the Ukraine conflict. (It’s ripped families apart as many have close ties to both countries.)

And yes as Putin’s geopolitical moves unravel at accelerating speed, you Putinistas should be called out for your shameless anti-Americanism and utter disregard for truth all because of your disillusionment with Obama/Bush. We have a new president now.

I am not saying our foreign policy has been on the right track up till now: but you Putinistas have gotten to the point where you sound no different from pro-Assad Muslims, HAMAS sympathizers, and anti-Semite Neo-Nazis with psychotic hate for Israel.

Christians in Syria have suffered under both ISIS and Assad and it’s a vicious lie from media like RT that Russia is there to “help” Christians and churches.

RUssia is itself composed of 20% Muslims. Majority Sunni. And under Putin, Evangelical, Catholic, and other non-Orthodox Christians have suffered under persecution from things like the Yarovaya Law banning evangelism — while Muslim interests are catered to in the name of preserving the peace in places like Chechnya, Dagestan, and Tatarstan.

Yeah i am talkint about today. China and Russia have different approaches but Russians are more vicious about distorting narrative.

Chinese are at least economically astute and not overly anti-American and vengeful about the fall of the USSR.

Russian troops are in Syria at the request of Syria's own government. What gives the U.S. the right to conduct air strikes in another sovereign country?

Syria's sponsorship, via the provision of money, supplies and training, of Hezbollah and numerous other terror organizations that have conducted terror attacks against the US, including the Marine barracks bombing in the 1980's, and the torture and murder of the CIA station chief in Lebanon. It's possible that we're in the process of carving out a Kurdistan out of Syria and, perhaps later, Iraq. The big question here is whether they'll get access to the sea. Perhaps by carving a chunk out of Lebanon for the Alawites.

All excellent reasons we should definitely get directly involved in another foreign war, spend whatever tax dollars it takes, while operating w/o a congressional declaration of war!

Yeah, I thought Hillary lost the election. If the US is in a new cold war, we can make lots of money and maybe build a pipeline in Syria.

“And yes as Putin’s geopolitical moves unravel at accelerating speed, you Putinistas should be called out for your shameless anti-Americanism and utter disregard for truth”

Those who advocate for an “anti-Russia” agenda at all costs are either foreigners with a dog in that hunt, or Neocons.

In either/both cases they work contrary to the best interests of the US and are therefore anti-American by definition.

The ONLY interests the US has in Ukraine or Syria is stability. No other.

Yet those who don’t have the will, courage or honor to secure their own liberty seem to believe it’s incumbent upon the American Soldier and Taxpayer to secure it on their own behalf.

Be advised those days are over.

A people will secure their own liberty and prosperity or they will live as slaves in poverty.

Or, they will abandon their own people and culture rather than install American values/methods/institutions and try, somehow, to gain entry to this country.

So, take your accented “Putinista” accusations and go back to where you came from. We’ll suffer no lecturing from those without the courage or honor to secure their own liberty.

Maybe it's time the U.S. stops this bullsh!t of building dysfunctional "nations" in these Third World sh!t-holes all over the place.

If that was important to us, we should have elected Hillary Clinton to carry on the George W. Bush legacy.

Let’s be brutally honest here. The only crime Russia has committed is that it refuses to kowtow to the U.S. and subvert its own currency to the U.S. dollar ... and in the process of doing this, it supports other regimes throughout the world that refuse to subvert their currencies to the U.S. dollar.

Newsweek is one of the worst news outlets. I ask myself what is their angle.

It’s gotten so bad we have foreigners on this sites calling long-time members and veterans “Putinista”.

That sh!t pisses me off. And I’ll not put up with it anymore.

You clearly don’t know how Russia’s oligarchy works and how Russian resources and average people have been plundered with their assets of Putin’s cronies stashed in Western Globali$t Banks.

Newsweak reported nothing different than what is being said on Russian media, which i follow closely. The only debate now is over death toll...a highly contentious issue among Russian public as govt is incrediblly dishonest.
