It seems to me that the issue isn’t whether or not Obama was meddling in the investigation. He was. What this e-mail is trying to say in so many words, is that he will use “ National Security” as the fig leaf to do so....even as he most certainly knew by that time the dossier and sine qua non for the wiretapping of his political enemies was based on fraudulent Russian sources, collected by a well-known Trump hater and paid for by the DNC which had previously rigged the Democrat election process to favor Hillary Clinton
