Users on an anonymous image board discovered there appears to be a sperm cell drawn onto Barack Obama's forehead in his official presidential portrait, which now hangs in the Smithsonian Institution's National Portrait Gallery.
Some may simply discount it as a vein, but oddly enough the artist who painted this portrait, Kehinde Wiley, has a history of adding semen into his art:

It’s no wonder Melania had the WH blessed and all the nasties hauled out of there before she moved in.
I saw someone asked whose bright idea was it to have the first black president sitting in a jungle. Lol.
Some claim the media have tried to manipulate the views of the portraits by using camera/video tricks, shading and lighting.
The first thing I noticed with the Michelle O portrait was that dress. It is a painting of a dress. Michelle, even though it does not really look like her, is faded and appears more as background.
I can hear little children years from now — ‘why is there a painting of a dress?’
I posted in an early thread yesterday that I would not be surprised to learn both portraits had been quietly switched out for replacements.

There are panels of shrubs, duplicates, copypasted in different parts of the image.
“Sick” is too kind.
A quick search shows that Kehinde Wiley is a “black gay artist.” I dispute the “artist” part. He is an angry, hate-filled promoter of violence. Find the paintings he did of black women chopping heads off White women.
It’s significant that bammy chose a violent, gay, black, America-hater to do his “portrait.” This is not art, but it is taking our money and giving it to people who would kill us if they had the chance.
Wow, in that context it really does look absurd. Like surreal, unserious, childish.
That’s just hard to swallow.

So in that ‘vein’ - the portrait is representative of his p’eww’residency.
The ‘empty chair’ is filled and anchored into the vines that are not necessarily American.
It’s not a sperm. It’s the sign of the Goa’uld system lord he works for, f’ukyou.
The sperm in the picture is fitting in that Obama used the same decision process he used for * long years to select this portrait painter. The result of that decision, like all his decisions of the last 8 years, and he ends up choosing a guy who put sperm on his head, on his official portrait!
Wow.
