... Over two years ago Russia requested a ten-gram sample of highly enriched uranium (HEU) seized in early 2006 in Georgia during a nuclear smuggling sting operation involving one Russian national and several Georgian accomplices. The seized HEU was transferred to U.S. custody and is being held at a secure DOE facility.
In response to the Russian request, the Georgian Government authorized the United States to share a sample of the material with the Russians for forensic analysis.
Director Mueller previously planned to deliver the sample in April, but due to a scheduling conflict the trip was canceled...

Wikileaks has an infinitely better record for truth than NBC.
That in and of itself is quite amazing.
My problem is that I don’t believe anything these days.
Lies make this world go around.
But I assume what Wikileaks has stated is the truth, because as far as I know, they have not lied yet.

Left unsaid is that the Obama Administration was trying to *rush* that Uranium sample back to Russia. First, they tried in April. Someone blocked it.
Then they sent Mueller himself with it in September (2009, Obama’s first year in Office).
Why the hurray?
Because it burned the whistleblower in Georgia. In other words, it aided the Russians/corruption/proliferation.
