Having seen several autopsies...none of which were connected to murder/rape...I,personally,can understand being shocked by one that was connected to such crimes.

I’ve seen enough death first-hand, autopsies hold nothing for me. The fact that this kind of depravity is even possible in our society sickens me completely.
