Authorities are investigating a reported shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland Wednesday.
Officers responded to the school at 5901 Pine Island Road for the reported shooting, Broward Sheriff's Office officials said.
There were reports of victims, BSO officials said.
Coral Springs Police tweeted that that people should stay away from the school due to an active police scene.
No other information was known.
Why wasn’t he kicked out of school? Was he one of the protected DACA dreamers that can do whatever they please without consequence

A teacher at the school told the Miami Herald that Cruz, 19, had been identified as a potential threat to fellow students in the past.

Kids kicked out of school don’t generate money for the district.
That explains why the school and the district fail to act. Why the parents of the kids in that school didn’t raise holy hell is another question.
My spidey senses tell me he is DACA..there is absolutely NO reason for someone who was a KNOWN THREAT to the school, was told NOT to bring a backpack to school, would be allowed back on that campus

To be fair to the district, the state legislature may hamstring their ability to remove dangerous students. But I’d that is the case, why hasn’t anyone from the district been raising a stink?

I never addressed the shooter as a kid, where did you get that from?
