They had him 4 years older than the claim - which basically follows the lines of what you’ve got there.
One thing is for certain - the official birth, childhood, college narratives are all fabricated. Oh there might be pieces of truth here and there but stitched into a web of lies.
Does that Certificate of Marriage mention little Barry and his birthdate? I couldn’t make it out, if so.
