I don’t really, in general. But with all the political fighting over the middle class and lower middle class I would think Trump’s base might not love this. Plutocrats like us, we’ll barely notice it, right?
Taxing stuff that is a bigger piece of the working poor’s pie than the middle and upper class’s is just nasty.

People should question whether ‘regressive is bad’. Personally, I’d like to see the lower classes with a bit more skin in the game. As it is they’re getting a free ride on federal income taxes if they make less than $50k and have kids (in fact, they’re getting paid by Uncle Sam).
