If he was a White Supremacist, he would have been shooting Hispanics, Blacks, any other minority. The idea would be, to scare them into leaving the state.
Why would ROF (if that group is not some FBI/ATF front) even speak with ADL? How would he even know whether Cruz had participated in just a couple of drills? Does he keep tabs on every hanger on? Something seems off to me.
