Given the apparent corruption at the FBI and DOJ why would any lawyer allow his client to plea out? I would tell them go to hell see you in court and prepare to depose every lying official that could have touched any part of the case.

he was Manafort’s shadow. The specialty being, supporting candidates and when they win, lobbying the winners on behalf of business owners looking for contracts. What he is being investigated for seems to have nothing to do with the Trump campaign or collusion. Rather, it appears the DOJ is unusually interested in how the methods/processes of capitalism works when applied to European markets and are willing to bankrupt people to get that information. I am curious as to why no ‘bush and Kerry’ operatives have been interviewed to the extent of Gates or Manafort.

Yet, with no information at all, you are able to judge the AG’s job performance and find him wanting.
The fake news must be thrilled to find how easily they can sprinkle fake crumbs and have everyone running around drawing profound conclusions.
Trump needs to stick with STRAIGHT people. But tried it the other way, and paid BIG TIME.

I think Manafort is probably guilty of many things. Remember that Trump fired him the day after receiving his first top secret intelligence briefing.
