“If you see something, say something” they tell us.

While people all over America been telling America’s KGB all about it and they did nothing?

Today they indicted 14 Russians for using Facebook.

They spent seven years looking for the anthrax killer, going after the wrong guy the whole time.

They broke up Arther Andersen-who I used to work for, by the way.

And not that I admire Martha Stewart in any way, but the Keystone KGB put her in jail for the reasons she gave for selling stock.

She was probably lying but what happened to the concept of a trial and justice?

If I’ve learned nothing these past few weeks it’s that America has a Keystone police force worth nothing.

It’s a crime to lie to the FBI. I have no idea in what law that’s rooted in, but that is ridiculous.

It’s called a ‘process crime’. Here’s one: Lawyer. You shut up and tell them nothing. Even if subpoenaed, there’s the 5th amendment right to self-incrimination. If lying to the FBI is a lie, then saying anything at all to them is potentially incriminating.

Way, way, too much off-the-books judicialism.

And it took them over a year to do it.

Rename the Hoover Building the Nunes Building.

Move the FBI to some abandoned warehouse way out near Dulles Airport, and the say: “Don’t call us. We’ll call you.”

Move ICE into the newly renamed Nunes Building.
