No, I agree.

“The bad guys are ONLY the very tippy top..!”

That’s ridiculous.

Just TRASH it, the whole thing.

Just TRASH it, the whole thing.

In Roman times, the unit commander would decimate (kill/punish) 10% of the cohort/legion for such dereliction of duty:

They should beat, near to death, every FBI employee from the person that took the call, all the way up to Wray, then find the person that shelved/ignored the intel and put him to the sword:

I am so glad there are so many people on FR agreeing to the this concept. I keep track of these mass killings primarily because I don’t understand why anyone would do such a thing. (I am actually very little better informed than I was initially except that now I understand that different forms of insanity precipitated every event.)

By the same token to ignore clear warnings of such an event is another type of insanity. Getting rid of those who are loco en la cabes is a first step.

Then how to eliminate the psychopaths and sociopaths from those who want to enter the new “FBI”? A challenge, I presume otherwise we’d have such tests available at every for-sale-gun event and no gun would be sold without the person buying it taking the test.
