Those eyes are vaguely Mongolian, I’m thinking he came from a Russian orphanage and was messed up practically from infancy due to lack of affection and mistreatment if not maternal substance abuse. That was not uncommon in the 90’s after the collapse of the USSR.
I read he was born in the US. I haven’t seen anything about his brother. Wonder where he is?
Latino heritage, either via original mother or original father. I doubt if anyone will go digging back 19 years but it could be that drug issues existed with mother and he had mental issues from day one.
Funny, I just posted yesterday about a couple we know who adopted a Romanian girl years ago. She was in an orphanage, plus we also believe some dark spirtual things going on (her grandmother was a witch). The couple spent over $100,000 on doctors and therapists. They even brought her to a Christian facility for a deliverance. The kid is still very dark, and very messed up. The family has been torn apart and has never recovered from this ordeal. I applaud them for giving that girl a home, but it was a literal nightmare because of her (violence, crimal behavior, cruelty, etc).
He does have a it of that Fetal Alcohol Syndrome look.
